A person I know who does something well is the British Prime Minister David Cameron. I met David Cameron at Eton school, almost thirty years ago and Tm very impressed how he has managed to keep Britain a powerful country in this day and age. He became the Prime Minister through a combination of tenacity and guile, mixed with a deep understanding of what it means to be British. He is always willing to learn, and never makes a decision without first consulting his advisors. I think his complete inability to form an opinion without someone else providing input is a great strength, and the main reason why he was chosen to lead the conservative party.
